# Riventale

Riventale is a free voxel sandbox adventure game that you play in your web browser. Build, craft and explore a world of blocks, find the ruins of a vanished people called the Firstfolk, and face four elemental bosses called the Keepers. There is nothing to download and no account to make.

- **Platform:** any modern web browser with WebGL (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) on computers, tablets and phones; phones play in landscape
- **Players:** Kinholds hold your own worlds: play one alone, invite up to 8 friends into it, or keep one on our server for them; The Riven Lands is one shared world in copies of up to 60 players each; invite friends with a link
- **Saves:** single-player worlds in your browser, up to 5; the online world is saved on the game server
- **Language:** English

## How to start

1. Open https://riventale.world/play/, press **Kinholds**, then **New world**.
2. Choose a path: Easy (the Wanderer), Medium (the Adventurer, recommended) or Hard (the Unyielding).
3. On a computer, click the game, then move with `W` `A` `S` `D` and look with the mouse. On a phone, turn it sideways and use the joystick (or the D-pad: Settings > Controls > Move with).
